Claire was recently in an HBO Documentary Drama pic of the life of Temple Grandin. You can now catch Claire’s amazing portrayal of Temple Grandin on HBO. Hopefully it will be release to dvd! I have added stills of Claire in the film, she looks so different with the short brown hair! Enjoy!

Hello everyone! My name is Chelsa, and I am the new owner of ClaireDanesFan.com! You might know me from my site dedicated to Sarah Jessica Parker, Sarah Jessica Central, who is Claire’s co-star in the Family Stone. I have been a huge fan of Claire since the 90’s, I have visited this site since it first opened, and I have been doing fansites for almost 8 or so years, so rest assured that the site will be in good hands. I know that CDF has gone through some troubles lately, with lack of content and slow updates, but I’m going to be working on trying to get the site updated. I have fixed the comments page, so instead of getting that error pop up, you can now leave us many many comments!

In order to get the gallery back up to shape, I have added the 2010 appearances that Claire has made to the gallery. Some of these includes events that just happened a couple of days ago I will be working on getting the other sections of the gallery updated, with candids next, so enjoy these for now. I’m writing this post to give you, unfortunately, sad news. I am leaving CDF and not for a while this time, I am definitely leaving it. After considering for a while, I decided to cut down on my sites, if not in all of them, since fan sites running just doesn’t feel fun for me anymore; I see it as a waste of my time and as a 22 year old I feel like I need to do other things than spend my free time on a computer.

This decision has nothing to do with Claire, I’ll keep on watching her films, visiting the site to get news and pictures but I won’t update nor working on it anymore. I have informed Sofia of my decision and we both thought I should make a post here.

So the future of CDF is now in her hands, I hope she keeps on doing a great job with the site and it was really nice and pleasant to work on this site for the time I have. See you all someday!
