IMDB added a new project linking Claire’s name. It’s a movie called Maladies and is currently in pre-production. Claire is rumoured to be playing a character named Julianne.

A talented and successful actor retires at a young age due to a perceived mental illness. Now living in a small town with his deranged sister and his best friend, we watch as their Maladies intertwine.

The movie also features other stars such as James Franco and Kathy Bates.

Today I bring you two special goodies, thanks to Nick who kindly wrote me and told me about this. First there’s this trailer to Dreams Of Love, Claire’s first film. She was very young in here and it’s interesting to look at her first work; I haven’t seen it before to be honest!

And last Nick also sent me a link to this interview with Claire for Venice Magazine, which features the shoot I used for our current layout. Since the interview is pretty big to put here, you can follow this link and read directly on the site.

Claire was recently in an HBO Documentary Drama pic of the life of Temple Grandin. You can now catch Claire’s amazing portrayal of Temple Grandin on HBO. Hopefully it will be release to dvd! I have added stills of Claire in the film, she looks so different with the short brown hair! Enjoy!

I found a little new and a small photo of Claire’s upcoming movie Me and Orson Welles.

Zac Efron holds on tight to costar Claire Danes in this first look at their period film, Me & Orson Welles. Me & Orson Welles involves a teenager (Efron) hired to star in an Orson Welles (Christian McKay) production of “Julius Caesar” when he becomes attracted to a career-driven production assistant (Danes).

Zac, 21, and Claire premiered the film at the Toronto Film Festival last year. The film has no set release date in the U.S.
