Hi everyone, I am writing to you all because Sofia and I really want to do anything possible to make this site the best source for Claire, and we obviously want to know what our visitors like and want to see here.
My idea of having a forum community here is old, since the very first days when I joined this site. The truth is, forums aren’t that much popular anymore, so we really need to know if our visitors would like to be part of one. I already made a poll on our sidebar, I know it’s only been a few days, but we had some positive feedback, so I was wondering if it will be worth creating a community here at all.

I just ask you guys to drop a comment and/or vote the poll if you haven’t yet. I need to hear your opinions before doing something. I don’t want to create a thing that nobody will join, so I really want to know, although I’m sure it would be very fun to interact with other Claire fans, make friends, discuss her work and do many other things.

Depending on the feedback we have on this, we might have this feature coming soon! You’re also free to suggest anything else you’d like to see on the site. Thanks for your time reading this and I’ll be waiting. Have a nice week.

As you guys can see, we finally have a new theme here at Claire Danes Fan, what do you think of it? It looks very simple and clean, as we wanted it to be, and we hope everyone is gonna be happy with it!

Now I’m gonna start building the content, you can’t see a navigation yet, because there’s not content to see, but everything should be working within a day! Comments are love, don’t be shy and tell us what you think.

I made a new gallery theme, we really needed something new and different, I hope everyone likes it!

I also added a stunning new photoshoot Claire did for Angeleno magazine. One of the photos from this shoot was my inspiration for the new gallery theme and I’ll probably stick with these pictures to the new main layout!

One of the new features of CDF is that you can now follow us on several social networks. As a fan of these myself, I thought we could continue to bring fans all about Claire not only on the site, since you can now follow our updates on both facebook and twitter! I created us a new twitter account, make sure you start following us now! As for facebook, there’s both a fan page and a profile, you should add both in order to get a better coverage. We will be updating not only with the latest news, but also sharing photos, videos, and all fans are welcome to leave in your messages and share your thoughts with us!

Hi everyone, I don’t know if you remember me, but I’m Cristina and I used to run the site with Sofia. I had to leave for personal reasons but anyway I’m back and ready to help out. We’ll be bringing some goodies soon, as the site really needs a new layout and lots of more content. Stay tuned!

This is an update I really hoped I would never have to post, but here goes.

Chelsa will be leaving the site, due to university commitments and she will not have time for the site. The site definately won’t be the same, but we have to respect her decision. Now that I have decided to take a break from reading and studying and do a little relaxing this summer, I will be able to save recent photos and catch up! As always, Claire’s been a busy woman.

Thank you all so much for being so patient while Chelsa and me have been occupied with real life. You really all are such great visitors to the site! I promise that while I’m on my own again, I won’t let you down.

Okay, I have been out of action for a while, but let me clairfy one thing: I have NOT left. Cristina did leave though, leaving me alone on the site. I became extremely busy at school – I study 6 languages currently, with plans to learn a few more, so I had to spend most of my time studying. The site was given away to Chelsa, but we have solved things. Chelsa is the admin now, however. As you have all seen, she has done a wonderful job on the site recently, and I am relieved to know that I am not alone anymore.

Bottom line is, Chelsa and me both run the site together. I will still be keeping up with Claire, she’s extremely busy at the moment, so we’ll be updating quite a lot!
