Hi fans, I have started to work on extending CDF’s network and to begin I created a youtube account for us. I will be uploading movie clips, interviews, fan videos, and many more to share with you all, and the great thing is everyone can leave comments and ‘like’ the videos. Our channel is called ClaireDanesFanCom and it doesn’t really have any uploads but will have soon, as I’m uploading some videos as I write this post. You guys can also make video requests and tell me which videos you would like to see.

I ordered a new email it should be up within the next few weeks. It is by a very extremely talented designer and I’m sure it’s gonna be gorgeous!

Everyone I am so sorry I only now noticed the site wasn’t working? A problem with the script wordpress that is now fixed. I am very sorry about that. I am going to make some updates later today and change the layout as I have a new theme as well.

Hey guys i’m just writing to let you know I will be away until March 18th so there won’t be any updates during this time. Also, as I am very busy and I don’t have time to do layouts, I was wondering if anyone would like to help out and donate some money to help me ordering one from the wonderful Mycah who did our current one. We’ve had it up for so long and I’m honestly starting to get tired of it.

Hey guys, there’s no current updates on Claire, after the “awards avalanche” as she called it herself, she seems to have disappeared – in a good way of course, as she’s working. I know she’s currently working on Homeland but that’s all I know. No photos, videos or anything have been released so far, since I have been doing a daily research on this – although, if any of you find something, feel free to share!

Given this, and since the site is pretty much complete, at least with the necessary and gallery is up to date, I will be away for a while unless something new pops up. I am very tired because of my job that has become crazy lately, and I don’t want to spend my little free time in front of a computer – but having a much deserved rest! You’re still free to email me, leave comments, or post on facebook as I check these daily, what I mean is I won’t be doing my usual photo updates etc..

Thanks so much for sticking around after all these years and making CDF the number one Claire Danes fansite. This makes me really happy to know my work here is appreciated!

As you guys know, today is the Golden Globe Awards and Claire is nominated. She will be attending the event and for sure a lot of photos will be taken, specially if she turns out to be a winner, like I expect. I am kindly asking if anyone is willing to collaborate with us on this. In order to get pictures from tonight’s event, I will need to buy some image accounts, since mine all died already, and this costs money I don’t have right now. If anyone could help out and send in some little donations, the money is for the site and will be used to improve it only! Any amount is fine and you’ll get my eternal gratitude!

As you guys can see, on our sidebar we now have a donation button, and what’s the purpose? Well running a fansite costs money, even though we have free hosting & domain, thanks to the wonderful Gertie, we need resources for photos, news, videos, and these things cost money.

We often have to buy image accounts so we can bring you the most recent and in the best quality possible pictures of Claire. When I am not able to make my own layouts, I have to buy them with money from my own pocket! Sometimes the only way to get scans are from paying to other people ..

This is a fansite and it’s free for everyone. I am not complaing, I do this cause I want and love, but life is hard and I can’t afford to spend much money. So if you guys are willing to help out a little, sometimes 1$ makes all difference, I would be eternally thankful!

Of course you don’t have to make always money donations. We’d also love to get pictures, news, videos, fanart, anything!

As you guys can see we have a brand new layout designed by the very talented Mycah at Purple Haze Inc. I hope everyone likes it as much as I do! It’s very simple looking, clean and easy to browse!

I also updated some pages with new info mostly on the information and projects section but a lot more needs to be done. Next week I’ll have some time so I’ll work on that.

Time for another update from me, Cristina! There hasn’t been much news about Claire recently and I have been busy with my job, so the site hasn’t been much updated lately, it’s true! But it’s not forgotten, I have ordered us a new layout, since this one is only temporary and I don’t have time to design now, I am working on some features, slowly it’s true, and I am finishing our forum as well. I guess that in the lack of activity on the site, a forum will be a great place for fans to talk, share news, etc.. and since I got some positive results on our poll about this, the forum is really happening
