Claire Danes will be a first-time bride in less than three months – she’s planning to marry fiancé Hugh Dancy in France this September. The couple attended a private dinner at New York’s Montauk Yacht Club for a reading of author Jay McInerney’s new book How It Ended – where they each took to the floor to read an excerpt. However the 150 dinner guests, including celebrity photographer Patrick McMullan and designer Cynthia Rowley, were stunned when the pair used the opportunity to divulge details of their upcoming wedding, including plans to return to France for the nuptials – where Dancy proposed during a romantic holiday last December. The Romeo + Juliet star, 30, has been dating 33-year-old Dancy since meeting him on the set of their 2007 movie Evening. |

I found a little new and a small photo of Claire’s upcoming movie Me and Orson Welles.
Zac, 21, and Claire premiered the film at the Toronto Film Festival last year. The film has no set release date in the U.S. |

Hello Claire fans, I’m back! As Sofia explained we had a little problem with the site, but we’re working to fix it. I was away for a while but I’m gonna have some free time from now on, so I’ll be adding the site’s content again. Please bear with me, there’s a lot to be done and I also have other sites to look after, but the important is that the site will be up again, no matter how long it takes. Thank you for visiting still this source for Claire, we’re so happy and this gives us the necessary motivation to continue doing a good job! |

Okay, as promised, I have been adding to the gallery! Since Claire has been very busy, there are so many photos to add, and so far I have added a lot of HQ photos for you all to enjoy. Also, thanks to Nick (one of the founders of ClaireDanesFan.com), we will have a whole lot more photos to upload! I am focusing on the event photos first and foremost of course, and in time, his contributions will be added too. Thank you so much, Nick! Here are the most recently updated albums. They are not complete yet, as I am still saving and adding more photos from each event, but you can still see what I added so far. There’s still more to come! The Model As Muse Embodying Fashion Costume Institute Gala: Time’s 100 Most Influential People In The World: Performance Space 122′s Spring Benefit 2009: I think that’s enough for tonight! I really hope you all enjoy the photos, and look forward to even more that are to be added. Also, if you need to reach me, you need to email me here, because my email for CDF isn’t working, it hasn’t been working for several weeks now. I don’t understand why, so if you emailed me and recieved no reply, please email it to me again! I’m really sorry about all the trouble, but as you can see, I am working hard to make it up to everyone. |

Okay, you all deserve a very good explanation. And I am happy to give it to you. There was a misunderstanding some time ago, the site was up for adoption, given to someone else. However, Cristina and I did not give it up – luckily, we got it back in time. However, after this happened, both of us were having some personal problems in our lives, and it kept us away from the site. Things were very hard for us both, and eventually, there become a problem with the WordPress – hence why all the pages were lost. It would have been sorted sooner, but please understand that it was very hard to put together every page back. You must understand Cristina and me do our best, but sometimes, real life is more important. As you can see, we have returned now, with a gorgeous new layout by Critsina! I’m sure you all love it as much as I do. I am working on getting the pages working again. Cristina is also away for a couple of weeks now, going on a very well-needed and deserved break. I will be truthful – while CDF will run into problems every now and then, understand one thing: Cristina and I are here to stay. CDF belongs to us, we will not give up our work without a fight. We are proud owners, and all the work we do, we do for Claire and all of you. Your positive feedback means everything to us, and it motivates us every time! I am now working on uploading photos to the gallery – Claire has been a very busy lady! Look forward to my usual, long, and usually very informative updates! |
